Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 30 days to withdraw from their order without giving any reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day they receive the goods.

How to Withdraw

To withdraw from an order, the customer must send us an email with their order number.

You may also use the model withdrawal form (Muster-Widerrufsformular) below, although this is not required.

What Happens Next

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return.

The goods must be returned within 30 days of notifying us.
