Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As our customer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal and return. This means that you may request a withdrawal or return within 30 days after receiving the item. 

The goods may only have been used to the extent necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

To initiate a return, you can contact us: support@pepaminto.com or use the withdrawal button on our website. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a return shipping label by email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed automatically within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected, using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
